The Holic Holdings Co., LTD’s Board of Directors establishes policy for the holding company and all its subsidiary corporations , adopts the annual operating budgets, hires the Superintendent, employs personnel as recommended by the Superintendent, and exercises other powers that are established by law. The Board of Directors consists of five citizens who reside within the PRC who are elected by voters to serve four-year terms in office.
